I can now smile with confidence

I want to thank and highly commend Gina for the incredible and expert work she has done to restore my smile.  For years, one of my front teeth had been slowly moving inwards and twisting, pushing another tooth out of place and creating a large gap between my two front teeth.  The effect was of one smaller, shorter, twisted tooth right in the front of my mouth.  This gradually eroded my confidence to the point where I did not want to smile in public and always tried to cover my teeth in photos.  In fact, I had trouble finding a ‘before’ photo for this testimonial!  My gums were also in very bad condition and I had several other problems beginning to crop up with all my teeth.   Successive dentists told me there was no problem and that they just needed a clean but the problems did not go away and I came to Gina very downhearted and defeated.   Now I am so grateful that I met this wonderfully talented lady and had the work done with such an expert in cosmetic dentistry.

She assured me that she could restore my smile, close the gap in the front and create a new tooth that would match perfectly (as well as curing the gum problems).

She was also the only dentist who took my problems seriously and the first to be honest about how far the gum problem had gone – but in only a few weeks she has completely reversed the problem and has saved me years of discomfort and probable tooth loss.  Gina has gone ‘above and beyond’ to give me her very best attention and has taken so much care to give me back a great smile.  All the work was painless, thorough and used the highest quality materials and expert technicians, and her after-care and advice has reversed the many other problems that would have given me discomfort in the future.

‘One Week Later’

“Hi!

I thought I’d drop you and email on how things are ‘one week later’.

I felt a difference almost immediately – even an hour or so later, although I was still able to move muscles then.  Now, my muscles are frozen in my forehead, it looks really smooth and quite ‘glowing’ , and interestingly, my eyebrows are still in their original place – last time I had this done (10 months ago, I could still frown a little, the area between the eyebrows seemed to droop,  and my eyebrows rose really high up my forehead, and this was after treatment by an experienced dermatologist in Pasadena who owns  a very well-known laser clinic there. There has been no dropping or drooping between the eyebrows. 

  I still have a totally natural look around the eyes when I smile, but they have a much softer look about them;  I still have a few ‘crows feet’ around the eyes, not as many as before, but just enough to look completely natural when I smile.

Those 2 little shots you put in on either side of my chin – magic! I don’t quite know how, but my jaw-line looks much less droopy and pulled down; it’s softened and looks like it did a couple of years ago.

So altogether, a really big transformation for me.  I feel good enough about myself to go out and buy new make-up and use more dramatic colours – this all amounts to a big thing for me, since I was feeling quite drab and old.  Compared with the treatments I’ve had in the US, your approach is much more professional and well thought through.  Your method is far more effective, leaving my face looking younger because it’s ‘lifted’, rather than just immobilized.   (I’ve never been offered numbing either).  And your clinic is the ultimate in lovely, aesthetic , professional surroundings.

I’m quite surprised that the standards in England are higher than here, and the results are much better.  I always thought that the US led the way with standards for these kind of things.

‘Two Weeks Later’

“…I have never minded the crows’ feet, I don’t find them as aging as the deeper creases, so I’m actually glad that you went lightly in that area.  I am still amazed at how the subtlest difference to the jawline has made me look less droopy. 

Here in the US, my only experience of BTX has been with doctors such as dermatologists and an eye-specialist, who do a quick job in between ‘real’ patients.  I’ve never been to a salon such as yours where the focus is on a higher aesthetic level (although apart from last Christmas, which we all spent in CA, when I just couldn’t stand looking so drab, I havn’t had treatment for several years – CA is a little different from the rest of America). For instance, no-one here has offered me a follow-up appt. for a top-up if needed.

The big thing that’s being pushed in the media at the moment is the Thermage lift. “

Dear Gina

I wanted to thank you for the absolutely wonderful work you have done so far reconstructing my smile.

From what seemed and irreparable situation and a lost cause; wholesale damage to a great number of my teeth, many gaps and broken teeth rendering me unable to smile without complete embarrassment to the happiness I now feel is nothing short of miracle work.
